Suitable for the collection, recycling and air purification of oil mist from coolant (emulsion or cooling oil) used in cutting or machining.
Product description
1. Me-3x oil mist purifier is equipped with cloth bag filter element. There are two models to choose from: ME-31 and ME-32.
2. Me-31 has four levels of filtering: inlet baffle, corrugated pre-filtering, pre-filtering screen and filtering bag to ensure good filtering effect of the equipment.
3. Me-32 added a HEPA filter element on the basis of ME-31 to achieve the level 5 filtration and meet the higher use requirements.
4. It can purify and filter dry and wet mixed particles, and the coolant can be recycled to reduce equipment failure rate and maintenance cost.
5. The filter element life table is installed on the equipment, which can detect the oil and jam of the filter element and instruct the filter element to be cleaned or replaced in time.
6. Suitable for 1-2 shifts with low load.
